Position Summary：
The Lead Therapist is responsible for the delivery of efficient and effective therapeutic interventions in order to meet the comprehensive needs of patients and provide quality services that are designed to Prevent, Improve, Restore, and Sustain overall health and wellness. The Lead Therapist coordinates both discipline specific and interdisciplinary training and resources. The Lead Therapist is responsible for the monitoring and facilitation of clinical service delivery, programs and initiatives with the rehabilitation department, including but not limited to, physical therapy, occupational therapy. 治療師長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)用高效的治療干預(yù)來(lái)滿足患者的全方位需求，以及提供旨在預(yù)防疾病并改善、恢復(fù)及維持整體健康和保健狀態(tài)的優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。治療師長(zhǎng)對(duì)特定于學(xué)科以及跨學(xué)科的培訓(xùn)和資源進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)。治療師長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)控和促進(jìn)康復(fù)部門(mén)的臨床服務(wù)提供、計(jì)劃和舉措，包括但不限于物理治療、作業(yè)治療、語(yǔ)言治療。
Responsibility：
1. Develops and implements physical therapy programs in collaboration with the healthcare team consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient.評(píng)估每位患者的現(xiàn)狀和需求，制定和實(shí)施物理/作業(yè)/言語(yǔ)治療計(jì)劃。
2. Identifies clinical growth opportunities and establishes an education plan including access to educational resources, including but not limited to GRS Academy/Relias courses. 識(shí)別臨床發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)，制訂教育計(jì)劃，包括對(duì)教育資源（包括但不限于 GRS 學(xué)院/Relias 課程）的利用。
3. Performs individualized physical therapy interventions including but not limited to aerobic conditioning, balance coordination, agility training, body mechanics, postural stabilization, flexibility exercises, gait training, neuromotor development training, strengthening, endurance training, manual therapy, functional training, and physical agent modalities；cognitive skills, muscle strength, coordination, endurance, mobility, perceptual abilities, sensory awareness, balance, activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, energy conservation, safety awareness, joint protection, work simplification, environmental modification, splinting, physical agent modalities and manual techniques；cognition, receptive language, reading comprehension, expressive language, graphic expression, motor speech, oral motor skills, auditory rehabilitation and dysphagia techniques.實(shí)施個(gè)性化物理/作業(yè)/言語(yǔ)治療干預(yù)措施，包括但不限于有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)、平衡協(xié)調(diào)、敏捷性訓(xùn)練、健身操、身姿穩(wěn)定、柔韌性訓(xùn)練、步態(tài)訓(xùn)練、神經(jīng)運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)發(fā)訓(xùn)練、力量訓(xùn)練、耐力訓(xùn)練、手法醫(yī)療、機(jī)能培訓(xùn)和物理介質(zhì)治療模式；認(rèn)知能力、肌力、協(xié)調(diào)性、耐久性、靈活性、感知能力、感官覺(jué)察、平衡性、日常生活活動(dòng)、工具性日常生活活動(dòng)、能量保持、安全意識(shí)、關(guān)節(jié)保護(hù)、工作簡(jiǎn)化、環(huán)境改造、夾板使用、物理因子療法和人工技巧；認(rèn)知、接受性語(yǔ)言、閱讀理解、表達(dá)性語(yǔ)言、圖書(shū)表達(dá)、運(yùn)動(dòng)言語(yǔ)、口腔運(yùn)動(dòng)技能、聽(tīng)覺(jué)康復(fù)，以及吞咽困難治療技巧。
4. Completes appropriate and timely documentation and billing of services being provided.及時(shí)、恰當(dāng)?shù)赝瓿伤峁┓?wù)的相關(guān)文檔工作和計(jì)費(fèi)工作；
5. Instructs and educates patients, families, and/or other caregivers in the skills, methods, and techniques of the physical therapy program.為患者、家人和/或其他護(hù)理者提供物理/作業(yè)/言語(yǔ)治療計(jì)劃的技能、方法和技藝的指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)。
6. Completes root cause analysis in focus centers in collaboration with Regional Clinical Director and creates a strategic education plan, implementation plan and clinical quality improvement plan for the center.與區(qū)域臨床總監(jiān)合作，在重點(diǎn)中心完成根本原因分析，為中心制訂戰(zhàn)略性教育計(jì)劃， 實(shí)施此計(jì)劃以及臨床質(zhì)量提升計(jì)劃。
7. Provides education within the region/organization and strategically identifies and develops qualified individuals within the region who demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge and the desire to educate others. 在區(qū)域/組織內(nèi)提供培訓(xùn)，在區(qū)域內(nèi)戰(zhàn)略性地識(shí)別和培養(yǎng)表現(xiàn)出豐富臨床知識(shí)以及培訓(xùn)他人 意愿的合格個(gè)人。
8. Enhances professional practice by attending all mandated training and outside professional education programs.參與所有強(qiáng)制培訓(xùn)和外部職業(yè)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，提升專(zhuān)業(yè)水平規(guī)范
9. Performs other related duties as required. 按照要求履行其他相關(guān)職責(zé)。
Requirements：
1. College degree or above in rehabilitation or related major. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，康復(fù)醫(yī)療或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)。
2. He/she must be able to practice as a Rehab Therapist in the Province and district of the People’s Republic of China. 持有中華人民共和國(guó)康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)治療技術(shù)師或以上執(zhí)業(yè)資格。
3. More than three-year rehabilitation experience. 三年以上年康復(fù)臨床治療經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4. Have knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, pharmacology in rehab, normal age-related changes, infection control, and proper body mechanics is preferred. 擁有基本的解剖學(xué)、生理學(xué)、藥理學(xué)、年齡相關(guān)正常生理變化、感染控制和正確健身體操方面的知識(shí)優(yōu)先。
5. Must be able to recognize and practice high-quality hospitality, professionalism and customer service to create a patient centered environment. 必須能夠識(shí)別并踐行優(yōu)質(zhì)的招待、專(zhuān)業(yè)精神和客戶服務(wù)，從而營(yíng)造以患者為中心的環(huán)境。
6. Must have knowledge of computer office systems. 必須具備計(jì)算機(jī)辦公系統(tǒng)知識(shí)。
